WAYN TRAUB

Wayn Traub is a multi-disciplinary artist and theatre director, who is internationally renowned for his unique cinematographic opera style. He is also a Belgian art historian who has collaborated with notable artists such as Jane Birkin and Alejandro Jodorowsky. Additionally, Wayn has composed music recorded by the Brussels Philharmonic orchestra and the Czech National Orchestra. He was a leading director of the Bourla Opera (Antwerp) and Le Théâtre de la Ville (Paris) from 2004 to 2012.

 

Apart from his artistic accomplishments, Wayn is also an art collector, promoter, curator, and entrepreneur.

 

His latest projects were the curatorship of an International Exhibition in Bangkok, de creation of the music score for a movie and the secretive art project around his alter-ego Director Jacq.
